Warm Blonde (Susan Nagel’s mohair). 01/April/2017 Polly has 3/4 arms and full legs and a high quality disk jointed body. Her limbs have been filled with glass beads and topped with fiber fill. Her body has been weighted with steel and baby fat and topped off with fiber fill for added realistic effect. Her head has been gently weighted with a combination of steel beads and fiber fill and will need to be supported, just as a real baby’s would. To achieve her realistic complexion, many thin layers of Genesis Heat Set Paints (which are permanent) have been used. Shee has blue undertones, subtle veining, capillaries, mottling, and a slightly texture finish that protects the painting layers and gives depth to her skin tone. Each crease has been shaded to give her complexion further depth. Her eyebrows have been delicately painted to match her hair color. Her fingernails and toenails have been painted in several tones, have half moons, have been shaded and lightly tipped. Polly’s hair has been directionally ultra-micro-rooted with a 42g needle with Susan Nagel’s fine and silky mohair (warm blonde). Her eyelashes have also been ultra-micro-rooted with the same mohair.
