To make my Babies the ultimate in realism I always look for new techniques and bring in my own ideas to become a perfect result. Every different sculpt has a special charme and it is quite an art to give it a own unique personality. I stand behind my work 100% percent and can guarentee. Length – 18 inch (49 cm). Details at a Glance. Excellent detailed head, full arms, legs and tummy plate – made of Softvinyl. Permanent realistic detailed skin colouring, using Genesis paints wich will never fade or rub off. Kami´s skin has been build up in many thin layers to give her the realistic look of a newborn baby. I paint in thin layers to leave a beautiful flawless smooth finish and give her a velvety soft skin. I only use of non toxic allergy-free materials: natural rubber, mineral granulate, faux fleece. Kami´s doe suede body, her head and limbs are filled and weighted with mineral granulate & high quality faux fleece. I never used sand. Every single hair on Kami´s little head is mono- or single-rooted (that means I root only one hair at a time) in combination with microrooting. Single-hair-rooting takes many ours – much longer than normal micro-rooting, but the result is truly beautiful and absolutely unrivalled. I only use high quality extremly soft angora kid mohair – for Kami-Rose in natural babybrown. Kami´s hair is totaly straight and it stays that way, even if you style it or make it wet. Her eyebrows are micro-painted, his lashes are rooted. Kami´s hair is sealed from the inside for gently styling. She has wonderful naturally painted lips. I have tipped and sealed her tiny nails and lightly glossed them which gives a wonderful just cut appearance. She came with her certificate of birth and authentification and the outfits you see on her photos. Kami-Rose was made from a high quality sculpt. She is very carefully reborned and I´m sure she brings many years of pleasure to his new Mum or Dad. She is now a collectors doll to treasure for years to come and is not suitable for young children. Kami´s pictures were taken during the course of a day, so you will see the different effects of the light. Some are darker than others and some show bright sunshine. Amelia by Joanna Kazmierczak.
