Painted many thin layers of Genesis heat-set professional artist paints for a beautiful caramel (sometimes deep brown) skin tone. Used shading, shadowing, and other techniques to mimic the skin’s natural undertones and multiple shades of brown naturally present in ethnic skin Morgan could be Black, Biracial, Mixed etc. Realism: Applied Genesis heat-set matte varnish to the face, neck, and realistic details such as freckles (on/around the nose and at the back of the head near the hairline) and heart-shaped birthmarks (forehead and neck). Overall the varnish is used to add texture and protect the paint which is a bit heavier in these areas. Blushing on face, hands, and feet. Hand drawn eyebrows and eyelashes sealed with Genesis heat-set varnish. Beautiful sable brown Polyglass eyes from Eyeco Ltd. Glaze added to nostrils, lips, and eyes to mimic the look of moisture. Manicured finger and toenails (to mimic babies after getting their nails cut). Rooted Premium medium brown Mohair from Slumberland Farms (sparse/balding in some areas like a real baby). This beautiful hair is soft, wavy, and curly. Doe Suede (fabric) jointed body (AA/biracial/ethnic color). Weighted with poly pellets, crushed glass, and polyester fiber (stuffing that does not clump) to feel like a real baby. My Cuddle Cuties are always made to be held in their adoptive mommy or daddy’s arms. You’ll be amazed at the peace and comfort you’ll experience when holding a reborn baby that is weighted to mimic (as close as possible) a real baby. You will want to cuddle your reborn baby for years! Approximately 3 to 4 pounds; 18 to 20 inches long. Coming Home (All NEW Clothing). Doll can wear some preemie and newborn size clothes. Stuffed toys shown in pics are NOT included. Always handle your reborn doll with care just as you would a real baby. Do not expose doll to extreme hot or cold conditions. Do not allow your doll to sit in direct sunlight (this could affect the paint’s color/quality). Use a damp cloth with water ONLY if necessary to wipe off doll NO chemicals, clorox wipes, etc. Note: Your reborn doll can last for many years if you handle it with care and treat it like a real baby, GENTLY! Morgan was rooted with real Mohair (goat’s hair) from Slumberland Farms. This is premium high quality mohair that feels a lot like a real baby’s hair but it needs to be cared for and treated gently. It is sealed with glue on the inside of the head but strands can still come out with force and may shed some. Please do not comb the hair excessively. In most cases, wetting the hair a little and styling with your fingers will be enough. If you must comb the hair, please do so GENTLY with a little water and a wide tooth comb. I added the’So Cozy’ Curl Leave-In Conditioning Spray for kids which detangles (very important for Mohair) and gives the hair a moisturizing, curl-enhancing softness plus a little’Just For Me’ Hair Milk Leave-In Detangler (also for kids) for some hold. A little goes a long way so it should last a while; just wet the hair a little to re-activate the products (both products can be found on Amazon).
