I absolutely love the artistic creativity expressed in each and every reborn doll, and I take great artistic pride in their meticulous details which brings them to life. My dolls are a reflection of the individual love and devotion to detail put into each doll that I have created. And my hours of hard work and attention to detail result in stunningly life like reborn baby dolls. Reborn dolls are considered painted pieces of art, realistically designed for the adult re-born doll collector. THEY ARE NOT TOYS and as such, are not recommended for children. Baby “Pilar’s” skin was realistically hand painted and layered over the course of several days using Genesis Heat Paints. Each layer of skin was individually heat set before application of the next skin layer, resulting in life like baby skin. With the addition of warm baby flesh tones, subliminal veining and mottled undertone complexions the skin is incredibly realistic in appearance with each and every little skin crease blushed and shaded. A final thin layer of satin varnish to protect the paint for years to come is added to the skin resulting in a slightly 3 dimensional texture making her look stunningly lifelike. Baby “Pilar’s” beautiful brown hair was meticulously hand painted giving it a realistic 3 dimensional appearance. This sweet baby girl’s 3 dimensional eyebrows are subtle in color, thinly stroked and delicately hand painted. This sweet baby girl’s eyelashes match her hair color and were individually micro-rooted by hand. This sweet baby girl’s acrylic brown eyes are astonishingly lifelike in appearance. This sweet baby girl’s tiny little fingers and toenails have been individually hand painted, glossed, and sealed in a protective coating preventing chipping or fading. This sweet baby girl has full vinyl arms, legs and a belly plate coupled with a soft cloth body that was custom made just for her. This baby girl’s realistic weight comes by way of steel beads, poly pellets and soft poly fill. This sweet baby girl can be laid down or seated for several different posing positions and you will love how she feels when held in your arms. Her head can be turned from side to side. Giving you the uncanny feeling that you are holding a real baby in your arms. She will arrive at your doorstep caressed in a beautiful baby powdered aromatic scented bouquet. WARNING: This reborn doll comes with a magnetic pacifier that attaches to her tender lips as well as a magnetic head bow which attaches to the right side of her head. These magnets are strong, so caution should be used around pace makers or electrical equipment. I can remove the magnets if you desire. It is my hope that “Pilar”.
