I would like to thank the City of Reborn Angels so much for giving me the opportunity to reborn this glorious prototype’Tori’. Tori is a portrait baby, a beautiful, cuddly three month old, sculpted by master artist Ping Lau. With her pretty detailed colouring, the softest, prettiest blonde curls, her amazing sparkling blue eyes and beautiful laughing mouth Tori is incredibly endearing and one of the cuddliest babies I have ever reborn! Our natural daylight is fading fast in the UK this time of year so I tried to take Tori’s photos in a variety of light to show how she looks in many situations which explains the variety in the subtleties of her colouring.. Tori is prototype 1 reborn from the Limited Edition’Tori’ kit sculpted by Ping Lau for’CORA’. This edition is open for orders on the 25th January and closes on the 3rd February. Full arms and legs. Gloriously fine baby hair created from the best kid mohair available. Entire baby weighted with specialist fillings. Full, cuddly three month baby size, Tori wears 3 month sized clothes. Beautiful sparkling blue crystal glass Lauscha eyes. Very realistic painted eyebrows. Beautifully coloured and textured’living’ skin. I have given baby Tori petal soft, fair colouring that complements her beautiful blonde hair. Although light and delicate, this little girl’s colouring is finely detailed and exquisitely pretty. The detail in her mouth is beautifully sculpted and I have been very carfeful to maintain the realism with the colouring. Her expression is incredibly’catching’ and you just have to laugh with her! Her rosy fingertips and toes are exquisitely detailed with perfect nails and tiny half moons. I work with Genesis heat set paints in many painstaking layers which produce an amazingly realistic life-like satin baby skin finish that is totally durable and permanent. Her skin is sealed with a specialised sealer to prevent the unnatural shine that occurs when the baby is dressed and undressed and provides a soft dewy finish. I was absolutely thrilled when I received this beautiful shimmering ash blonde mohair from my wonderful hair supplier Dawn Marie. It is the natural undyed, unprocessed mohair and is absolutely exquisite. It is so soft, fine and shiny and can be styled straight or into gentle curls with a little water. It is as soft and wonderful as it looks and frames her beautiful blue eyes to perfection. Her head has been carefully sealed inside with waterproof glue so that her lovely baby fine hair can be carefully washed and styled easily. Baby Tori will come to you with the following.
