Rare Vintage Madame Alexander 1952 Rosebud Baby Doll 18 with Working Crier. Beautiful vintage Madame Alexander doll from 1952. Rosebud was made in this size from 1952 to 1953. Her dress has the original red label. Her dress is sheer creamy, white with delicate white lace trim, puff sleeves and pleated details with a pink underlay. Matching bloomers & sheer creamy, white bonnet with matching lace and ribbon tie. Working crier, which is very rare, rosy pink cheeks and pretty blue sleep eyes. Rare and all original 18 doll with original dress & hat. Vinyl head, arms and legs with cloth body. Head can turn side to side. Working crier {which is rare}. Marked “ALEXANDER” at back of her lower neck. Sleep eyes work perfectly. Comes with adjustable metal stand, packed away from doll. Excellent Condition She has been very well cared for and is in excellent condition Her hair is a bit messy from being stored, just needs a light brushing/styling if desired, it is all there and in great shape No marks or damage on her clothes or body She is fresh and clean.

Rare SAMIRA Steiff by Gotz All Vinyl Child Doll (2003) German Made, no papers
Rare SAMIRA “Steiff by Gotz” All Vinyl Child Doll (2003) German Made, no papers. Introducing SAMIRA from 2003, a wonderfully made all-vinyl German doll by Steiff and Gotz, both renowned doll manufacturers. SAMIRA is considered rare and hard to find. She stands about 23″ tall, is marked “Gotz 662″ on her neck and “Gotz 279 on her back. She is wearing her complete original outfit (with a few tweaks). Samira’s other outfit pieces include a floral top, rose colored skirt with attached slip, sheer hose, panties, pink socks and soft faux suede black tie-up booty like shoes. Samira has natural looking rooted long blonde hair and her face is perfectly sculpted and painted for the child doll that she is. Her eyes are the first thing you notice, radiant blue with real upper lashes. I see no issues with the doll or her outfit. I know she is a limited edition doll but no papers were with her so I don’t know how limited the Samira collection was, or her number in the series. I do know she is a very beautiful child doll. I changed up Samira’s hair a little bit, added a braid with firefly accent at the back and switched out the barrette for a firefly at the side. The original barrette is in the box. I added the seashell necklace to accent her jacket and top. Her original Steiff box (brown color for 2003) is 26 long, a little bent, has a couple of small tears, and the closure tab looks worn. I have tape repaired these issues and it looks much better. There are a lot of pictures so please zoom in and enjoy each one. The doll is in great condition, stands on her own, is quite beautiful, and photogenic. Everything is here except her original papers. RARE Helen Kish Doll RILEY 7.5 2005. I’ve only seen this particular Riley once. I’m not sure if it is a Special Edition. It came in a 2005 box. The dress doesn’t have a label. The toys came in the box with the doll when I acquired her. The dress print reminds me of FAO Schwarz. Her maryjane shoes arrived damaged so I replaced them with another Helen Kish doll maryjanes and I added the socks with ruffles. Condition is “Used” Like new. No tag or certificate.
