I have fallen in love with this delightful baby girl, please enjoy looking at her photos which show as much detail as possible. To create Holly’s beautiful skin tone, I used my special painting technique which allows the multi tonal layers of Genesis heat set paint to absorb right into the vinyl. This has given this baby a skin tone so real it is just like that of a real infant! Subtle tones, delicate shading and veining and tiny capilliaries detailed in all the right places give this baby an amazingly realistic and translucent skin tone. Holly’s supersoft and exceptionally fine hair has been directionally microrooted – the effect is stunning and is just like looking at a real baby’s head of hair! I have used the most beautiful super soft brown mohair from Delta Dawn in the USA. Holly’s 3/4 arms and full legs have been perfectly weighted with ultra fine glass beads (so there is no crunch when you gently squeeze her limbs) and then topped with fiber fill. They are attached to a soft’made to measure’ open/unjointed body. Her head has also been weighted with glass beads so you will have to support her head just like a real baby. I have made the soles of Holly’s feet and his hands a healthy pinkish colour, just as you would see in real babies. Holly’s nose has been shaded inside the nostrils for depth, and I have also added a little moisture to the corner of her eyes and nose. I have also paid great attention to each one of her tiny finger and toe nails which have been coloured, sealed and tipped. When baby Holly comes home to her new mummy she will bring with her all the clothes featured in the photographs as well as a talcum powder scented nappy, dummy/pacifier, Limited Edition Certificate, a birth certificate and care instructions. A long established UK Artist. She is 18 Inch (45cm) and fits into tiny 5lb baby clothes. She weighs approximately 4lb. I only use safe top quality virgin materials suitable for children. I DO NOT USE NASTY GLASS BEAD OR SAND! She has 3/4 length weighted vinyl arms and legs which are factory sewn and sealed to his weighted cotton doe non-disc jointed body for extra strength. Her weighted head is attached via zip/cable tie to his body through the neck bias on cotton doe body, again for extra strength. Her soft body makes for easy movement when holding and posing. She is weighted like a real new born and so therefore will need support when lifting, just like a real new born baby. Never pull, carry or swing your baby by the arms or legs as this can cause damage to stitching or joints. She feels just like your holding a real baby and you just won`t want to put her down. I have spent many hours, days painting this baby using a combination of air dry and GHS paints. The dolls have a bald head with several layers of paint that has been left to completely soak into the vinyl before heat sealing to create a lovely mottled realistic skin tones so no worry about hair shredding, matting or bald patches. The veins and the finger and toenails have been painted and moist look mouth for that natural look. This safety standard law came into effect in 2013 and all reborn baby dolls made for children should have these tests. I hope this will give all my customers peace of mind. I would still advise parents to of very small children over 18 months to watch there child with magnetic dummy. Although reborns have been tested for 18 months and over in my opinion I would advise. 3yrs and over as children at that age don’t understand how they should hold these babies. Choose Baby Boy or Girl. Babies have been made from a new soft vinyl molly-marie doll kit by nines d, onil……… These babies have been painted with Genesis heat set paints they are non-fading. Babies have a lovely mottled skin tone with tiny baby scratched on her nose, realistic cappileries on her eyelids and tiny milia (milk spots) on her nose. They weigh approx 3.2 – 3.4lbs and are 18 in length. They have natural tipped and sealed finger and toe nails. Lovely real mohair micro rooted eyelashes. Rooted with a ting 46g felting needle and internally sealed. I have added a tiny amount of gloss in the corners of her eyelids. Eye lashes are not straggley or sparce. I spend a lot of time on each individual baby these are all made by me and i wouldent send a baby that i was not a 100% happy with. There nose have been opened and backed with dark felt and gloss added to the inside of nostrils(now look like they can breathe). I have left babies bald and they have mottled heads now there is no need to worry regarding hair shedding or bald patches. STRONG EARTH MAGNETS HAVE BEEN USED. PLEASE TAKE CARE NEAR PEOPLE WITH PACE MAKERS. Head and limbs have been weighted with fine glass granuales and sealed. They have 3/4 vinyl limbs attatched to there soft doe suede non-jointed body. Lovely realistic baby that need head supporting just like the real thing. Babies come with nappy, vest, sleepsuit. Hat, scratch mittens and magnetic dummy. Baby girls will be in pink and white and boys will be in. Clothing will differ from photo but will be just as cute. Dummy will differ from photos as i can only get all white at the moment. Never leave your reborn in a car in any weather. A car can heat up quickly and destroy the vinyl that your reborn is made of. Never leave your reborn in direct sunlight. Extended exposure to cold weather an crack your reborns vinyl parts. To avoid water damage, NEVER SUBMERGE YOUR REBORN IN WATER. When your reborn becomes dusty, simply wipe him/her off with a damp soft wash cloth. Never use soaps or cleaning products containing alcohol, or baby wipes on your reborn. WARNING: FOR REBORNS WITH MAGNETS. Reborn magnets are very strong. They should be kept 2 feet away from electronics and anyone with a pacemaker to avoid interference.
