He is the newly released realborn Dominic awake kit. Hes made by a 3D scan of an actual real baby. It takes a lot of work and time to make these dolls. I made him with many thin layers of heat set Genesis paints. His head and limbs are made of flexible vinyl and he has a soft dough suede body. He is filled with premium fine glass beads and polyester stuffing to give him weight. He is a bald baby and looks very realistic. He is 20 long and about 7 lbs. He has mottled skin, creasing, and shading. I have added moisture to the corners of his eyes, nose and lips to give that wet look appearance. I have tipped and glossed his fingernails and toenails. I have opened his nose for added realism. I added a baby scratch on his cheek for added realism. He has hand painted black eyelashes and hand painted black eyebrows. He has glass brown eyes. I have modified a magnified pacifier for him. I have also added a texture to his finished painting to give him a more realistic skin tone and take away shine. This varnish texture also protects his paint. I have also added a powder wafer in his diaper so he even smells like a new baby. He is a OOAK doll. These dolls are meant for Adult collectors. They are not intended for small children. He will be coming home with all outfits pictured which are brand new with tags removed for pictures. Although he WILL NOT be going home with the paper boy hats, knitted blue sweater set and baseball hat those were used for photo prop purposes only. Many of his outfits that he will be going home with are not shown in these pictures. He will also go home with his white onesie, a few diapers, both magnetic pacifies, his snuggly bear toy, and his birth certificate. He will go home wrapped in his brand new blanket. Anything else that was not mentioned were used for photo props only and will not be going home with him. I will be sending a couple more surprises for an amazing box opening. Reborn Baby Boy DOMINIC by Laura Tuzio Ross Limited Edition Lifelike Doll
Up for adoption is sweet Dominic by Laura Tuzio Ross! He comes with his C. (Certificate of Authenticity) signed by Laura Tuzio Ross herself – he is #331 of only 1500 made WORLDWIDE. He is 22 long and weighs a healthy 7.5 lbs. He was brought to “life” by the very talented Nikki Hastings of Everlasting Childhood Nursery. He has lovely painted hair and rooted eyelashes that are sealed from the inside. He has full vinyl arms and legs on a soft weighted doe suede body. His head is also weighted and must be supported when you pick him up. He wears size Newborn or 0-3 month clothing. He was painted with Genesis heat set paints and has a slightly textured matte finish. When Nikki matted his limbs the varnish was a bit thick and therefore has a “baby dry skin” look on his lower legs (see last 2 pictures). This will not affect his paint as it is still very well protected. It doesn’t take away from his sweet personality at all! He has been displayed only in a smoke free home. Dominic will come home with his C. Magnetic pacifier, 2 diapers, 3 outfits of my choice, a blanket and a few extra goodies. All Sales are final. CHILDS 1st REBORN BABY DOLL THIS IS A LOVELY CHILD FRIENDLY REBORN THE PERFECT BIRTHDAY CHRISTMAS GIFT. “We all love babies”. All our dolls are all hand made by Saxon Reborns. A long established UK Artist. He is 18 Inch (45cm) and fits into tiny 5lb baby clothes. He weighs approximately 4lb. I only use safe top quality virgin materials suitable for children. I DO NOT USE NASTY GLASS BEAD OR SAND! He has 3/4 length weighted vinyl arms and legs which are factory sewn and sealed to his weighted cotton doe non-disc jointed body for extra strength. His weighted head is attached via zip/cable tie to his body through the neck bias on cotton doe body, again for extra strength. His soft body makes for easy movement when holding and posing. He is weighted like a real new born and so therefore will need support when lifting, just like a real new born baby. Never pull, carry or swing your baby by the arms or legs as this can cause damage to stitching or joints. He feels just like your holding a real baby and you just won`t want to put him down. I have spent many hours, days painting this baby using a combination of air dry and GHS paints. The dolls have a bald head with several layers of paint that has been left to completely soak into the vinyl before heat sealing to create a lovely mottled realistic skin tones so no worry about hair shredding, matting or bald patches. The veins and the finger and toenails have been painted and moist look mouth for that natural look. COMING HOME LAYETTE Your baby will be coming home in a brand new nappy and the outfit as seen in the photo. (The outfit may vary slightly if stock runs out). A free magnetic dummy. A blank birth certificate (for you to add the name of your choice). And will be wrapped in a top quality baby shawl. Scented with baby powder fragrance and finished with sprinkles of love. CE Approved – NOT factory mass produced in China The doll kits we use are all hand made in an old fashioned way in a small old-fashioned factory in Spain and so they may have unique little quirks because of the process used. They conform to European (EN) Standards and are tested and approved by Trading Standards. They are individually hand filled, hand painted and assembled by hand.
