Reborn from the lovely Limited Edition’Delilah’ kit by Nikki Johnston. Created by Professional Reborn Artist. I was so excited to be able to reborn this gorgeous little girl and loved every minute of bringing her to life. Elina, reborn from the gorgeous’Delilah’ kit by Nikki is exquisite and so pretty! She is a sleeping angel and I have given her the most glorious head of soft, shimmering blonde hair. She has the gentle, fair colouring of a blonde baby and is truly adorable! I have taken photos in sunlight, natural daylight and artificial light so you can see her as she appears in different light settings. It gives a more rounded idea of how she really looks. 4lbs 2oz 18 (with straightened legs) Head circ. 13.5 (or 34cms). Elina is reborn from the’Delilah’ kit sculpted by Nikki Johnston No. 144 of a Limited Edition kit. Tie on tummy plate that is not anatomically correct and finishes just below the navel. Gloriously fine shimmering pale blonde mohair and top quality alpaca rooted to optimise a very newborn look. Entire baby weighted with specialist fillings. Small newborn baby size. Hand rooted mohair eyelashes. Very realistic painted eyebrows. I have given little Elina beautiful natural gentle colouring to complement her blonde hair. Her skin is soft and healthy with a great deal of loving detail. Elina is as real as a baby doll can ever get to a real baby! She has gentle mottling and delicate veining. I have coloured her with Genesis paints in many delicate layers. She has a tie on tummy plate that can be tied on on when required over her soft cloth body which is coloured with all the detail I have given her pretty head and limbs. This plate does not completely cover her front but is designed to sit comfortably and peep out from under her clothes. This paint will last for generations and will never fade. I have finished her with a specialised sealing coat to prevent her vinyl becoming shiny and which gives her skin a petal soft appearance. This does not feel lumpy and gritty but feels less slippery than untreated vinyl. I have tried using it on various babies and leaving it off and the overwhelming reponse from my customers is that they prefer this finish and it does mean your baby can be dressed and undressed as much as you like without the risk of any shine appearing. Most prefer the appearance of the skin too. Elina has a very realistic directionally rooted head of baby fine, soft blonde hair that can be styled straight or dampened and flicked into soft waves or gentle curls. It is really beautiful and her crowning glory! I always use the finest mohair that can be found and it feels as lovely as it looks. The photos below in her pink romper were taken in sunlight so she appears a pinkier tone than the other photos! I have given Elina baby fine hand rooted eyelashes. She has delicately painted baby eyebrows. Her mouth has a touch of shine which is not overdone and she has tiny moist areas around her nostrils and eyes. I have also given her a magnetic pacifier.
