They are carefully hand painted with the finest detail of real life skin tones, blemishes, veins, milk spots, even little scratches. The hair is either hand painted and/or micro rooted with the highest quality mohair. They are then put together and weighted the correct weight with a heavy floppy head and therapeutic cuddly body. Hair Babies Baby’s hair has been hand painted over many days , this is heat set and then sealed so it will not wear off , if you want your baby to have realistic neat hair 100% of the time then this little one is for you , I have studied photographs of newborn babies hair to achieve the finished look. Eyes baby is sleeping. T here are 22 layers to human skin so I have painted her using many watery layers building up details such as subtle veining and mottling synthesising a circulatory pattern and translucence to her skin. I paint all my babies with Genesis Heat Set Paints This paint will never come off or fade. I have also added Genesis Heat Set Varnish so your baby won’t go shiny. The skins appears transparent and you can see the subtle veins through the mottled baby like skin tones. I have spent hours creating every possible detail, she even has milk dribble as if she has just had a feed. I have hand painted tiny capillaries and veins along with milk spots and all the tiny marks and scratches real babies have, even the little soles of the feet have not been forgotten, they are a healthy pinkish colour, just like a real baby. This exquisite vinyl baby is a reborn doll with full arms and legs on a soft cotton body , her head is weighted to make it gently flop if not supported. Baby is weighted with poly fill conforming to British safety standards , micro recycled glass granules in sealed head and limbs , torso contains silicone baby fat and fibre fill for that special cuddle factor. This doll is not a toy and needs to be handled like a real baby. I have taken all photographs using a top of the range EOS professional camera over a number of days so that you can see her colouration correctly (but please note , different PC screens have different tones of colour).
