EYEBROWS :we have given her “barely there” eyebrows that match her hair. We are careful with each stroke, to make sure they look as natural as a real baby. His soft, unjointed’made to measure’ cloth body is filled with ultra fine glass beads, baby pellets and fiber fill for a soft, cuddly baby. Imbs are perfectly weighted with ultra fine glass beads and topped with fiber fill. Head weighted so you will have to support his head just as you would with a real baby. NO SAND has been used in this baby so he can travel worldwide. Talcum powder scented nappy. This little cutie pie is probably as close to a real newborn baby as you will ever get and is so beautifully soft and cuddly he just melts in your arms! .. I have fallen in love with this delightful baby boy, please enjoy looking at his photos which show as much detail as possible. To create Connor’s newborn skin tone, I used my special painting technique which allows the multi tonal layers of Genesis heat set paint to absorb right into the vinyl. This has given this baby a skin tone so real it is just like that of a newborn infant! Subtle tones, delicate shading and veining and tiny capilliaries detailed in all the right places give this baby an amazingly realistic and translucent skin tone. Connor’s hair is incredibly supersoft and straight and has been directionally microrooted – the effect is stunning and is just like looking at a real baby’s head of hair! I have used some truly exquisite medium brown mohair from Delta Dawn in the USA. Connor’s full arms and legs have been perfectly weighted and are attached to a soft’made to measure’ unjointed body. It is filled with tiny glass beads, baby pellets and soft fiber fill for a cuddly, snuggly baby. His head has also been weighted so you will have to support his head just as you would for a real baby! I have made the soles of Connor’s feet and hands a healthy pinkish colour, just as you would see in real newborn babies. Connor’s nose has been’opened’ and backed with dark felt for depth, and I have also added a little moisture to the corner of his eyes and nose. I have also paid great attention to each one of his tiny finger and toe nails which have been coloured, sealed and tipped. When Connor comes home to his new mummy he will bring with him all the clothes featured in the photographs as well as a talcum powder scented nappy, a dummy/pacifier, a limited edition certificate, a birth certificate and care instructions. I have applied my expert artistry skills with genesis heat set paints, bringing this little sweetheart to life. This specialized technique gives my creations a ” realistic skin tone ” This gives you a superior result, A silky textured finish just the same as a young Baby. Genesis paints will not fade or wear off. Sophia’s realistically sculptured head is sealed on the inside and ” perfectly weighted ” with a pouch of non-rusting steel pellets. You will think your cradling a real baby’s head in your hands. I use non-rusting pellets and not glass beads as they give more of a realistic weight to the head they are more exspensive than glass beads but I only use the best high quality materials. Sophia’s cute little nose has been opened and then backed with dark blue felt. Her ” superior quality cloth body” has been filled with tenderflex and poly fiber. You will find the lips and nails have been ” delicately hand-painted ” and then sealed to look as natural, as they should be. A very nice Light baby brown was used for the ultra micro rooting. This I do using a magnifying glass and a 43 gauge needle which has no barbs just one tiny slot on the tip to push one hair at a time into the head to give you best result possible with no unsightly plugs and then sealed from the inside. This head has taken me many hours of work to get that perfect result the crown is a natural swirl with the hair being rooted in directional layers as you would find on a real babies head. It will feel the same as babies hair and can be styled using a small amount of water. When baby Sophia comes home to you she will have the clothes you see in the pictures. You can also expect to recieve a magnetic dummy, a real terrys nappy. A me to you Teddy. Also Sophia’s waxed sealed reborn birth certificate, and a suprise gift from me.
