She is Approximately 14″ Long and She is Marked “Alexander/1961 on the Back of her Neck. She has the “Kitten” Tag on the Back of her Cloth Body. The Blue Writing is Faded. She is Guaranteed to be a Genuine Kitten Doll from the Original Madame Alexander Production in 1961 & 1962. She is Not a Newer Reproduction Doll from the Late 1970’s or a “Look-Alike” She is the Original Doll. She is in Very Good, Display Ready Condition. All of Her Vinyl – Her Face, Neck, Ears, Arms, Hands, Fingers, Legs, Feet and Toes Have Been Freshly Cleaned. She Offers No Vintage Dirt and No Vintage Grime on her Vinyl. She has a Soft Vinyl Head with Platinum Blonde, Rooted, Hair. It is in the Original Baby Style. It Has been Washed, Conditioned and Let to Air Dry. Her Clean Hair Still Covers Her Head. She Has No Bald Spots. It Does Show Some Normal Age Related Breakage and Thinning Plugs. It Feels Dry to the Touch. Her Bright Blue Pinwheel Sleep Eyes Open and Close as Intended. She has Brown Eyebrows, Light Black Painted Under Eyelashes, Light Pink Cheek Color and a Bright Pink Open Mouth. I Have Added Some Cheek Blush Over the Original. Her Soft Vinyl Limbs All Match in a Nice Fleshy Skintone Color. She Has All of her Detailed Fingers and Toes with No Nibbles, No Bubbles and No Missing Vinyl. Her Cloth Body is Plumb in a Light Beige Color. There is a Sewing Repair to the Crotch Seam, One Under the Right Arm, and One to the Back of her Left Arm Area Continuing to the Left Side Seam. The Cloth Shows Some Normal Age Stains and Age Spotting. Her Cloth Body Has Not Been Washed or Cleaned. She Comes Wearing a Factory Made, Vintage Two Piece Pink and Floral Dress Set. Made of Cotton, The Top has Floral Print With Lace Trim at the Full Collar, the Bodice, the Arms and the Skirt Area. It has Two Decorative Buttons on the Bodice and Buttons Down the Back. The Matching Pink Pantaloon Pants Have New Elastic Thread at the Waist and Lace Trim. This Set is Clean and in Very Good Condition. Also Included are Brand New Pink Cotton or Poly-Cotton Socks and a Brand New Double Pink Hair Ribbon Bow. Vintage Imperfections/Flaws Have Been Disclosed Above. And Please Expect Some Normal Wear Associated with this 61 Year Old Doll. A dot here or a speck there on her Vinyl. A Scratch Mark, A Scuff..
