I would like to give Doll Dreams a huge thank you for giving me the opportunity to reborn a prototype of this absolutely adorable baby sculpted by Ping Lau! Arya’ is the next in the delightful series of’Portrait Babies’ by Doll Dreams (which are sculpts derived from photos of real babies). She is just beautiful and her wonderful expression brings a huge smile to everyone who looks at her, with a face to melt hearts and a laugh that lights up the room! Arya has a wonderful, complete, anatomically correct lower torso and an innovative soft upper body (with full vinyl arms) which is designed to twist at the joint to her lower torso so that she can be easily posed. I have given her gorgeous soft colouring and a head of lovely fluffy curls that frame her amazing blue eyes. I had some very varied light conditions, but the different light gives a good all round view of how Arya really looks… Arya is a prototype reborn from the’Arya’ kit sculpted by Ping Lau for the Portrait Babies collection by Doll Dreams. Complete vinyl lower torso which is anatomically correct. Soft cloth upper body which twists at the waist for easier posing. Lovely baby curls created from the best kid mohair available. Entire baby weighted with specialist fillings. Realistic 0/3 months baby size. Beautiful newborn grey/blue glass Lauscha eyes. Very realistic painted eyebrows. Beautifully coloured and textured’living’ skin. Gorgeous top designer wardrobe. I have given baby Arya perfectly detailed, soft and pretty colouring. She has a gorgeous natural translucence to her skin and looks so realistic and’alive’. Her mouth and tongue are exquisitely painted and again painstakingly detailed to look so realistic! Her rosy fingertips and toes are naturally detailed with perfect nails and tiny half moons. I work with Genesis heat set paints in many painstaking layers which produce an amazingly realistic life-like satin baby skin finish that is totally durable and permanent. Her skin is sealed with a specialised sealer to prevent the unnatural shine that occurs when the baby is dressed and undressed and provides a soft dewy finish. Arya has a very realistic directionally micro rooted full head of lovely soft, fluffy, newborn light brown curls. It has quite a lot of strong natural curl and adds a great deal to her character! Her head has been carefully sealed inside with waterproof glue so that her lovely baby fine hair can be carefully washed and styled easily. I have given this adorable baby girl the most beautiful sparkling newborn blue/grey eyes and natural real hair eyelashes together with delicately hand painted slightly’3d’ eyebrows. Her pretty mouth has a delicate touch of shine which is not overdone and she has very slight moist areas around her nostrils and eyes. I have also given Arya a magnetic pacifier (all magnets can be removed if required). Baby Arya will come to you with the following. Please note that ALL items that come with Arya are brand new.
