Gorgeous hand-painted reborn baby boy doll Eric by Adrie Stoete
This kit, originally Eric by Adrie Stoete, with all its unique artistically crafted skin tones, hair, and details is now named’Cameron’. He is a fully completed and assembled reborn baby that has been professionally artist-painted and individually weighted to closely replicate a newborn baby boy. He is approximately 19 inches long and 3.0 pounds. He has full arms and legs attached to a non-jointed, soft cloth body that makes him snuggle and move like a real baby. His beautiful skin tone was created using Genesis Heat Set Paints that give off no odor. He has subtle blue undertones, hand-painted eyebrows, rooted eyelashes, tiny capillaries, and his little nails have been tipped and sealed with a light shine. He has beautiful deep blue glass eyes, and gorgeous medium brown hair that was rooted using a gauge 46 needle, which allows every 1-2 hairs to be placed individually! It is amazingly soft with a full baby look. I have been hand painting and assembling reborn dolls since 2015. Baby’s little fingers and toenails have been lightly shaded, lighted tipped, and sealed with artist varnish. Baby’s lips have been realistically tinted and finished with a satin varnish to add just a touch of sheen. They look amazingly real. Filled with the heavy virgin fibre fill for a cuddly feel, and weighted with steel shot encased in a bag of fabric. The limbs are filled with the finest glass beads and top with fibrefill before before sealed. Baby has full arms and full legs. Amazingly real skin tones. Painted hair so it always looks neat. At University I had specific training on various subjects including human colouration and hair rooting, including lectures and demonstrations by Madame Tussauds wax model hair rooters. My education gave me a great start in the world of reborning, and I have now been a professional artist for over 5 years. My reborning career started out with vinyl dolls, eventually branching into sculpting and creating my own full body silicone dolls. My love of seeing vinyl kits come to life has never tired, so even though I mainly work with silicone these days, from time to time the face of a new vinyl kit captures me and has to be created! I have given her a full vinyl limb body and a tummy plate. Has beautiful warm neutral SKIN TONES and her skin features the softest mottling, highly detailed veining, milk spots and little blemishes which have been carefully added to give incredible realism. My method of painting ensures outstanding depth to the skin which is guaranteed to amaze. Has been finished with a heal thy satin finish for realism. Baby’s HAIR has been carefully rooted. I have used stunning mid blonde and brown shades for extra realism and I have rooted directionally so the hair naturally sits in place. Has barely there painted eyebrows in a matching shade. The mechanism is simply switched on and off by a small switch on the babies bottom, completely concealed under the nappy. Gorgeous Reborn Baby Girl Doll LE Americus By Laura Lee Eagles Full Vinyl Torso
Thank you for peeking in! I’m very proud to introduce my rendition of Americus by the very talented Laura Lee Eagles! She is such a sweet sculpt! She is 18 inches long and weighs a little more than 5 lbs. She has a vinyl anatomically correct girl torso. She was painted with Genesis Heat Set Paints. Her hair is hand drawn with prismacolor pencil. Her skin has been sealed and textured. I think she is the prettiest reborn I have ever made! She has one area on her hair where I made a mistake. I made a line with the pencil that I didn’t notice until it was sealed. It isn’t hardly noticeable but I wanted to make you aware. It is on the right side of her head. If you look very closely at the picture of that side of her head, you can see it. She will come home with her certificate of authenticity, her vintage pink sweater, and handmade bonnet, booties, and diaper cover. She also comes with a magnetic pacifier which I forgot to photograph.
