Meet “Kiki” now available for adoption! His name Kiki means double happiness. He makes you feel doubly happy when you hold him. He will rest his head on your shoulder to be cuddled. He is ready to come home to you and spend lots of time in your loving arms. This adorable little boy came into the nursery as “Kiki” by Severine Piret The kit to start out with was a blank neutral pale skin tone vinyl and was put through our reborn process to enhance his realism and lifelike, newborn look. Measuring 19 inches long. Read below about Kiki’s reborn process and all of his special features, plus everything he comes with… As in real life, each baby’s skin tone is unique. Multiple artistic techniques were used to achieve the desired skin complexion for Kiki. The vinyl was colored on the outside to give the most realistic skin tones. This natural shade of coloring was created by using various shades of heat set paints, which I’ve applied over multiple layers to achieve the depth of detail and true to life look I envisioned. I handled him delicately, and spent extra time and care creating, enhancing, and developing his newborn realistic features. Full length vinyl arms and legs. Soft filled and weighted cloth body. Individually hand micro-rooted baby soft light brown hair using premium quality alpaca mohair. Meticulously hand micro-rooted eyelashes. Hand painted textured eyebrows. Baby manicure & pedicure. Finest quality heat set paint details. Subtle realistic veining in appropriate places. Newborn mottling skin tones. Capillaries on eyes, cheeks and ears. Gloss finish in all the appropriate places. Magnet inserted in head for pacifier. “Peeling” / dry skin details on his little hands and feet. Peeling lip milk blister. Kiki is no longer considered a play doll, but a one of a kind, original “CPBN” baby/ collectible doll to be handed down from generation to generation.
