This adorable baby doll is 18 inches approximately; and wears newborn clothes. Baby Laila has full limbs and cloth torso. This baby has been filled and weighted with glass beads and poly fiber, for more realism. She has the perfect weight and stuffing to make her floppy, pose-able and cuddly. You need to support the head just like a real baby. She weighs 4.5 lbs. This sweet doll has been painted with Genesis Heat set paints, properly cured and sealed. She has light brown hair and rooted eyelashes. This baby has been reborn with lots of love and dedication. She has newborn light skin tone, glossed nails, veining, mottling, capillaries, nose milia, drawn eyebrows, closed eyes, drawn peach fuzz on the sides and some baby acne. Baby Laila is very realistic and fun to hold, photograph and change outfits. She has a magnet inside to hold her magnetic pacifier. So please be careful. Magnets are not recommended for young children, people with a pace maker or around electronic equipment. My babies are not perfect or flawless, please look at the photos provided. These dolls are hand crafted, they are not exempt from mistakes. But they are made with lots of love and detail. My goal is to give you a baby doll that looks realistic, and professional, without the cost of a prototype doll, but with similar touches. Color of this doll may vary from monitor to monitor, and with different light settings, but I always try to take photos in natural light, in shade and at least in one photo, next to my hand, so you can have a more accurate idea of the color of the doll. Look carefully at all photos provided, and if you feel you need specific additional picture you would like to see, let me know. A last piece of information, The doll’s parts are assembled with zip ties that secure the limbs in place. The fact that you see the end of the zip ties does not mean your doll’s limbs will come off. In some cloth bodies the pocket for zip tie is wide enough to hide it, but other have no space to hide the head of the zip tie, and it will show. But there is nothing wrong. That is the way every single reborn is assembled. Non payers will be blocked from all my future listings no matter the reason. She will come with the outfits you see in her photos, a magnetic pacifier, diapers, headband and her COA. This is not a toy, you are receiving a delicate collectable, art piece that takes many days, weeks or even months to complete. Therefore you need to handle with extreme care and handle it just like a real baby. Keep away from children to preserve and prevent accidents (this doll has magnets). Do not apply any chemicals to any part of the doll, such as lotion, perfume, oils, etc. This could cause the paints to rub off or make a reaction. Be careful with sharp edges, even long nails and buttons and zippers that can scratch the paints. Do not wet the doll. The torso is made of fabric, and it has poly fiber inside (like a pillow) and glass beads(like sand) Do not expose to direct sunlight for long periods; the heat may affect the paints or sealer. Do not pull by the limbs, instead hold it as if it was a real baby supporting the head with one hand and the body with the other hand. If your doll has rooted mohair, Do not brush the hair if it is not needed and when you need to, use a clean/new toothbrush to style it better. To change clothes place a satin like fabric under the head so the hair doesn’t break while moving the body. Do not leave the disposable diaper for long periods of time, as the chemicals may affect the paints. Instead I would recommend no diaper or a cloth diaper. I suggest not to put dark color clothing, as they may discolor and stain your doll. And if you still want to use dark color clothes, make sure you wash them first to get rid of excess dye and put an under shirt on your doll. I also recommend not to change her clothes very often, the more often you change it, the sooner you will make the vinyl shiny. I would recommend to do it maybe once a week, or or every 2 weeks.
