Raine is a special baby, created to be one of a kind just for you! He has so much personality and realism packed into a bite-sized bub. That shy smile and realism are guaranteed to make your day! He has been painted with many layers of Genesis Heat Set Paints, to achieve a realistic skin tone of a new baby. The colors are permanent, non-toxic, and do not fade. Painted to be newly born, has layered purples, Reds, Browns, etc to mimic a true baby color! He has been sealed with a genesis “dewy skin” matte varnish to ensure the longevity of his realism, and a lifetime of realistic snuggles. Raine has high-quality mono & micro-rooted hair, that has been poked into his head one hair at a time. He is weighted with glass pellets and soft polyfill to mimic the accurate weight of a baby. Has a tan-colored cloth body, with full legs and full arms. His limbs are from a bountiful baby Johannah sculpt, I believed they were more realistic rather than his original limbs, so I switched them! Both the head and limbs are authentic. He wears newborn-size clothing. He goes home with a gender-neutral going-home bundle. He will go home with a beautiful outfit and some accessories. Your new baby is a handmade art doll and requires specific care. Please read the care instructions below. Belly plate and props not included (photo use only). Please view the tips and tricks below to ensure the longevity of a happy healthy reborn. Your new baby has very delicate and fragile hair that has poked in the head one by one. Because of this, incorrect treatment can lead to matting, fraying, or bald patches in the hair. To maintain your baby’s hair, avoid consistent use of bonnets, hats, caps, and any other unnecessary friction in scrubbing your baby’s hair. Avoid brushing the baby’s hair with a hard hair brush, and avoid brushing too frequently. When not in use, wrap clingfilm under the baby’s head. Use a soft baby brush and water to comb your baby’s hair when necessary. Avoid changing your baby’s clothes too much, as it can damage the hair and make the skin shiny. Certain dyes in the clothes can also bleed onto the baby’s skin. Avoid touching or pressing on the hands, feet, and head, as the sealing can break or can become shiny. If your baby has open eyes, please avoid applying pressure as it can damage the eyes. You can gently clean the eyes with a fine brush. Please remember this is a collector’s art item, so please avoid being rough as it can damage the hair or skin. I cannot be accountable for any damage due to wrong usage or breakage. If you take care of your new baby following the tips above, it will last a lifetime! Never let your reborn take a bath.
