Step inside and spend a visit with my version of Bonnie Brown’s open edition of MADDIE. This sweet little nugget was painted with a custom palette of GHSP in a warm multi-racial complexion. Maddie has full arms and legs, she is 24 long with bent knees and weighs a very huggable 6.5 pounds. She has a full inner armature that allows you to create a pose that will hold. Whether her arms are outstretched or resting on her legs, they will not drop. On her back, you can raise her legs so she can examine her chubby little toes, sit cross legged or sit pretty for a photo session. Her head is easy to rotate and although it is stable, it is still floppy enough that you can tilt her head up or tip it downward. Xxxxxxx There is something about babies in fluffy snowsuits that transforms them into a combination of baby and a stuffed animal, Isn’t Maddie the perfect Snow Baby? Then, there is the opposite side of the spectrum of adorableness, babies dressed down to a onesie! Maddie has a luscious tight curled human hair that is easily styled with a hair pick or just use your finger tips. Gather some hair into a small rubber band or secure with a hair clippie, and she has instant hair puffs and tufts! Fluff it out for a fuller hair style or slighty mist it with a combination of water/hair conditioner in a spray bottle and gently press down and into place. Soft mohair was rooted around her hair line for perfect framing baby hairs around her face. Maddie has very faint and delicate hand painted eyebrows that frame her Lauscha blue glass eyes, and rooted mohair upper eye lashes. I did not root lower lashes to let her dancing eyes enhance that precious, almost shy, smile. Maddie has a just clipped nail finish to her finger and toe nails that is protected with a slight glossy finish. Maddie comes home to you with all the clothing she is shown in, including hair pretties, socks and soft shoes.
