Vintage dolls are not new anymore and can have imperfections from being played with or stored improperly. The vinyl have can marks including stains from clothing, vinyl fading, yellowish and scratches. Vintage Ideal Suzy Doll Baby Sister of the Play Pal Dolls. Doll is in gently played with condition. Doll has all lashes, beautiful face color, beautiful head full of curls. Arms will not hold a pose. Doll wears a pink baby dress and white cotton panty. FLAWS: Please don’t expect dolls this era to be perfect. These vintage dolls are 50-60 years old and most have been played and loved by some one so they are likely to have at least a few scuffs, scratches, stains or a spot, or something that makes them less than totally perfect. Vintage 28 Brunette Hair SUZY Suzie PLAYPAL Child Companion Doll Ideal 1959-on
Up for sale is a vintage 28 Brunette Hair SUZY Suzie PLAYPAL Child Companion Doll Ideal. Beautiful doll in great condition for age! Beautiful face light marks/dirt. Paint colors look great. Open and close eyes work as they should. All of her eyelashes are present, but some lashes look shorter than others, as pictured. I did not see any missing hair plugs on her dark curly hair. Her arms hold a pose. I believe she has been restrung. When I pull on her shoulders, I see a coil, rather than a cord, as pictured. Her legs are stiff and bend at the thighs. She is marked on the back of her head, Ideal Doll O B 28-5 and Ideal inside an oval on her back. There are two notable flaws. One is the crack in between her toes on one foot and there are some small dents on one of her lower legs. She is wearing a vintage outfit, unsure if it is original. Her white shirt has some light discolorations on it. Her red velvet dress is in great condition, along with her matching hat! Her diaper cover is loose and is tagged Alexis. Her socks are dingy. Her shoes are in fair condition with discolorations on the lace. The inside sole of one shoe is stamped Machine Washable and Dryable. Please keep in mind that we are not doll experts and have described this doll as best we can. She does have normal marks/scuffs from play. Please ask questions if needed.
