She has micro rooted brown hair, rooted in a natural hair growth direction; and rooted eyelashes. This baby has closed eyes, her head was painted with genesis heat set paints. Properly cured and sealed. I just had to re do the head because It was not of my tasting. So the head’s paint and rooting is done by me only, but the painting is gorgeous; She has a magnet inside to hold her magnetic pacifier. Magnets are not recommended for young children, people with a pace maker, or around electronic equipment. She has been weighted with glass beads and poly fiber for realistic weight and cuddliness. Realistic complexion using Genesis heat set paints giving a. Multi-tonal and translucent skin tone – just like that of a real baby. Directionally microrooted dark brown hair and swirly crown – a beautiful head of super soft and fine hair. Finger and toe nails have been tipped, sealed and coloured. Soft open limbed cloth body, filled with ultra fine glass beads and fiber fill for a cuddly, snuggly baby. Imbs are perfectly weighted with ultra fine glass beads and topped with fiber fill. April’s head has been weighted so you will have to support her head as you would for a real infant! NO SAND has been used in this baby so she can travel worldwide. Talcum powder scented nappy. This adorable sleeping baby girl’April’ was lovingly reborn from the highly detailed’April’ sculpt by the talented Joanna Kazmierczak. This adorable cutie pie is probably as close to a real baby as you will ever get and is so soft and cuddly she just melts in your arms! I have fallen in love with this delightful baby girl, please enjoy looking at her photos which show as much detail as possible. Just look at that sweet little face- you can’t help but smile just looking at her! .. To create April’s lovely skin tone, I used my special painting technique which allows the multi tonal layers of Genesis heat set paint to absorb right into the vinyl. This has given this baby a skin tone so real it is just like that of a real infant! Subtle tones, delicate shading and veining and tiny capilliaries detailed in all the right places give this baby an amazingly realistic and translucent skin tone. Tiny millia on her nose add to her realism! April’s beautiful head of soft dark brown hair has been directionally microrooted – the effect is stunning and is just like looking at a real baby’s head of hair! Her swirly crown adds even more to her realism! I have used the best quality mohair which can be gently styled and spritzed.. April’s full arms and legs have been perfectly weighted with ultra fine glass beads (so there is no crunch when you gently squeeze her limbs) and then topped with fiber fill. They are attached to a soft open limbed cloth body which is filled with tiny glass beads and soft fiber fill which makes her delightfully soft and cuddly to hold. I have also weighted her head, so you will have to support her head as you would for a real infant. I have made the soles of April’s feet and her hands a healthy pinkish colour, just as you would see in real babies. April’s nostrils have been shaded for depth, and I have also added a little moisture to the corner of her eyes and nose. I have also paid great attention to each one of her tiny finger and toe nails which have been coloured, sealed and tipped. When baby April comes home to her new mummy she will bring with her all the clothes featured in the photographs as well as a talcum powder scented nappy, a magnetic dummy/pacifier, a birth certificate, a Limited Edition Certificate and care instructions. The photographs of this little sweetheart don’t do him justice, each of my toddlers and babies are created to be the ultimate in realism. Many hours of love and dedication have gone into making this baby. He is a true collectors item. I use my own technique, Perfect-Pore to create truly realistic skin tones. Baby’s skin tones have been achieved using Genesis heat set paints which will not fade or rub off. Many micro thin layers are used to build a wonderful textured appearance. The creases and wrinkles are blushed to perfection. Baby has veining and capillaries, beneath the skin surface, adding to the true realism of this baby. There are slight blue undertones where the skin in normally thinner. Finished with a special mix of my own making I have given this baby textured skin so it is amazing lifelike. Baby’s little fingers and toenails have been lightly shaded, lighted tipped, and sealed with artist varnish. Baby’s lips have been realistically tinted and finished with a satin varnish to add just a touch of sheen. They look amazingly real. Filled with the heavy virgin fibre fill for a cuddly feel, and weighted with steel shot encased in a bag of fabric. The limbs are filled with the finest glass beads and top with fibrefill before before sealed. Baby has full arms and full legs. Amazingly real skin tones. Painted hair so it always looks neat. Baby has a faux suede body with non jointed arms and legs. Artful babies adoption folder with. Adoption certificate with name of your choice. Artful Babies signed Certificate of Authenticity. April BY Joanna Kazmierczak. I must say reborning for me has truly grown beyond a hobby and I find myself devoting greater and greater amounts of time to attaining the realism I wish to achieve. The highlight of this doll in particular is that she not only was carefully reborned considering that she could be either a girl or a boy but also that she has a capability to cry, coo and laugh. Her sculpt is phenomenal, and her sculptor Joanna Kazmierczak is truly a talented sculptor. I worked hard to give April a Newborn look and different from what I have ever created before.
