This precious sleeping Ashley doll is known as a real born reborn sculpt. These are created from scans of actual newborn babies. Then carefully edited to capture every detail into the vinyl. The previous Mom said that this little prince was reborn by the very talented artist Misty Mackey of Misty’s Babylistic Creations. The doll did not come with a birth certificate COA. He has beautiful soft coloring, appropriate with the platinum blond hair. Of all the reborns I’ve had over the years, this one has the absolute. Michael is a preemie baby and is so cute with his sucky bottom lip and a dimple on his chin. He is 17 inches long and weighs 4 lbs/14.7 ounces. He has blond hand rooted hair and rooted eyelashes. He has a light fair skin color with veining and shaded nostrils. He has a magnetic paci. His head, 3/4 arms, and full legs are made of vinyl and his body is a soft doe suede. His head turns from side to side and his limbs move up and down so he is very poseable. I do not have his COA but he is marked on the back of his neck. Stunning Reborn Baby Doll Ivy by Elisa Marx New just Born, Reborn baby doll Ivy by Elisa Marx. She was painted with many layers of Genisis Heat Set paints. Layers of mottling, blushing , veins and flesh colors to create a one of a kind realistic reborn doll. She was finished with a matte varnish to prevent her from being shiny and seal the layers of paint. Little finger and toe nails are tipped and finished with a gloss finish, lips and nostrils also have the shiny finish. She was rooted with Light Brown Mohair which is sealed on the inside. So you can wet and style her hair. I recommend using a baby soft toothbrush instead of a comb and brush. She has rooted eyelashes, 1 magnet in her head for a magnet pacifier and 1 for magnet hair accessory. Magnets can cause problems with pace makers and other devices, so take care. She has a doe suede body with 3/4 jointed arms and legs. The body and limbs are filled with fine glass beads and fiber filling. She has a baby powder insert in her body to keep her smelling like a new baby. 18 long and weight is approx. She wears newborn size clothes and diapers. Ivy will come home with a receiving blanket, a pacifier, diapers , a COA certificate of authenticity , 3 piece kitty “Perfect like Mommy” outfit, 3 piece White lacy dress set (dress, headband, bloomers), handmade bracelet. All photographs are taken in natural light. In a plain setting to show the quality of the baby. The photographs of this little sweetheart don’t do her justice, each of my toddlers and babies are created to be the ultimate in realism. Many hours of love and dedication have gone into making this baby. She is a true collectors item. Baby’s skin tones have been achieved using Genesis heat set paints which will not fade or rub off. Many micro thin layers are used to build a wonderful textured appearance. There is no paint sat on the vinyl, it is cured so that only pigment remains. The creases and wrinkles are blushed to perfection. Baby has veining and capillaries, beneath the skin surface, adding to the true realism of this baby. There are slight blue undertones where the skin in normally thinner. Finished with a special mix of my own making I have given this baby textured skin so it is amazing lifelike. Baby’s little fingers and toenails have been lightly shaded, lighted tipped, and sealed with artist varnish. Baby’s lips have been realistically tinted and finished with a satin varnish to add just a touch of sheen. They look amazingly real. Filled with the heavy virgin fibre fill for a cuddly feel, and weighted with steel shot encased in a bag of fabric. The limbs are filled with the finest glass beads and top with fibrefill before before sealed. Baby has 3/4 arms and front facing legs. Amazingly real skin tones. Just born colouring with purple hands, feet and forehead. Painted hair so it always looks neat. Baby has a faux suede body with non jointed legs and jointed arms.
