They have a little bit of a blue oil transfer stain on some spots on their bodies. They come with all the clothes and accessories that you see in the pictures. Hair is silky and easy to brush, eyes open and close as they should. Long, uncut neck strings. Soft cuddly cloth body. Bitty Twins come in their original box, with full original meet outfits. Girl is wearing dress, underwear, tights & shoes. Boy has shirt, underwear, pants & shoes. Clothes are in gently played with condition, tights have some pilling, etc. Box has some light writing on the front of it and wear from storage along the sides/corners. Up for your consideration is the Twin A sculpt by Bonnie Brown. She is an Authentic sculpt, but I don’t have her COA. Weighs a little over 3 lbs and is 16 inches long. Can be reweighted with glass beads and polyfill if you choose. Has a bit of sun damage on fingers and toes, price reflects this. Vintage 1960’s BABY DEAR Eloise Wilkin Clone TWIN DOLL PAIR 12 Floppy body
Wonderful vintage set of Baby Dear Type Twin dolls. In the 1960’s when Vogue came out with the popular Baby Dear doll by illustrator Eloise Wilkin, other toy companies followed with their own similar versions, some even using the same molds. These two identical twin babies measure 12 inches long, with the same floppy type bodies and vinyl limbs as the Vogue version. They are in wonderful clean condition for their age, with no missing fingers, rips or tears or major stains – a few light minor age marks on the cloth – please view pictures. They both wear handmade elaborate lace trimmed gowns with matching bonnets. One of the gowns has a light tiny age spot on the back. One baby weighs 2lb 1oz another 2lbs. They are tiny babies coming in at 16 inches roughly. Mohair is as is. While not perfect also not bad at all. Each baby is so realistic. I added magnetic inserts to the mouth so you can use a magnet paci for them both. I do not include a pacifier however must make own. Comes with gently used outfits.
