This listing is for a beautiful Micro preemie Reborn baby Doll: Lola by Melody Hess. This tiny baby is 10 inches, full limbs and cloth torso. I have been a reborn artist since 2011. This sweet doll has been painted with Genesis Heat set paints, properly cured and sealed. She has dark brown hair; micro rooted directionally, and green glass eyes. Baby Lola has been reborned with lots of love and dedication. She has mottling, veining, shading, drawn eyebrows, glossed lips and nails. She has been weighted with glass beads and poly fiber, for cuddliness and easy posing. She is very fun to hold. This tiny baby has 2 magnets inside to hold her magnetic pacifier, and barrettes. This most beautiful little girl arrived at my home on 12/11/20 and is brand new. Once again, Holly’s work has left me speechless! Her details, especially on her tongue and inside her mouth, are incredible! I added a picture of her mouth to try to show the lovely detail. Thank you so much dear Melody Hess for this. Opportunity and you confident at my work! 1,5 kg aprox. Baby Emalyn is NOT a toy so she’s not suitable for children. She’s a heirloom collection piece and she has to be handle with care. All my babies come from a smoke and pets free home. I’ve been a professional fashion doll “repaint”/doll face painting artist since 2005, and started making reborn in 2015. A realistic fresh newborn looking baby skin using genesis heat set paints and sealers. This baby has a realistic coloring of a new born baby. Several thin layers of colours were applied in order to create rich realistic beautiful translucent skin tones with intricate veins, mottling, subtle blushing and tonal variation. The finish is a varnish which is a protection against abrasion and UV light gives the skin a very fine structure. I give all my babies a final layer of mediums in order to prevent sheens and protect paint and vinyl, and provides a soft dewy finish. The eyebrows were very realistic, too. Rooting hair took times weeks and weeks, the hair is rooted ONE BY ONE. This method creates the best result, because the hair looks like “grown”, very realistic. Hair was rooted with high quality mohair Slumberland, in dark brown, the hairline is so soft. So please be careful! Gently style her hair carefully. Eyelashes was rooted nicely. She has doe suede body with the filling of only glass beads & NO sand ever used. Her head, arms and legs were filled. Glass beads and and. Her little head needs to be supported like a real baby. Use ALL NEW materials. All photography taken in natural daylight with professional lenses at various times of the day over the course of. Several days in different lighting conditions.
