Reborn Baby Girl Doll Willow (Willa by Cassie Brace) COA 141/1800 by UK Artist
Baby Doll Artist Sara Jeffery. 19.5 long (49.5cm). Evenly weighted to approx 5lb (2.26kg). Full length Arms and Legs. Willow has been created from the Willa sculpt. And will come with her COA 141/1800. I decided I really liked the name Willow for her but this can of course be changed. I have spent many hours working on Willow and have fallen in love with her I especially love her limbs and the detail of her stretched out arm, this is such a rare unique feature. I have taken many pictures of baby Willow please message me to view her full album. (I have not used any filters and all pictures are taken in my workshop in daylight). It has taken me several weeks to complete Willow, I started working on her the beginning of April, I have enjoyed every second of creating her. I have used Genesis heat set paints to build up her skin tones, tipped and sealed nails, painted eyebrows, lightly varnished lips and used “I art Dewy skin” for fine textured skin to complete her paint work. Willow has full limbs and I have used the soft Cassie Brace body that was designed for her, I have allowed her limbs and head to be able to move for posing and positioning. I have evenly weighted Willow to approx 5lbs using finely crushed glass beads and fibre fill, in her limbs, bottom and head. I have hand rooted Willows hair using my favourite baby brown mohair from “LoutraisMohair” , this is a lovely mohair to use, it’s very soft and will easily maintain the style I have given her, I have sealed her hair inside so you will be able to wash and take time to carefully comb. Willow has closed sleeping eyes and I have hand rooted her eyelashes with brown mohair. Willow has a magnet fitted behind her mouth; this will allow her to hold her magnetic dummy/paci. (The magnets I use are extremely strong neo magnets these can be potentially unsafe around pacemakers, PLEASE message me if these need to be removed). I have designed Willow to be like a real sleeping floppy baby so her arms will flop and you will need to support her head and bottom like a real baby. If you are considering adopting Willow for a younger collector, please keep in mind that Willow is “lifelike Baby ART” and contains small parts, she MUST be handled with LOVE. I design my’Baby Art’ to simulate the feeling of a real baby, I have really enjoyed holding Willow she feels very natural and realistic to hold. Willow will be prepared with a full box opening. Baby Willow has been reborn from the lovely new May;in doll kit by artoist Olga Auer. She is a beautiful big bouncing baby girl with a lovely expression. Baby Willow has been painted with genesis heat set paints, she has a lovely peaches and cream complexion with slight mottling and blue undertones. Willow has lovely hand painted hair in dark brown which will always look beautiful no tangling or shedding. She has hand painted barely there brows. Baby Willow has optical grade acrylic eyes in blue which I have made to look dewy. I have also painted some little upper and lower lashes to frame her eyes. She has a nicely made doe suede beige cloth body which was made just for her, She has full front loading legs and full arms. Willow has a lovely tummy plate. It is painted to match her skin tone and attatches around her using baby ribbon, it is not anatomically correct. She has been weighted with super fine/fine recycled glass granules and super soft polyester filling. She is a big cuddly baby and her head needs support just like a ral baby would. Her little nails have been tipped and sealed. Babyillow will arrive home with. Lovely blue denim dungarees. Lovely pink hooded coat. Little white baby socks. Baby Willow wears real baby clothes in size 0 to 3 months. I have been successfully reborning for over fourteen years now as you can see from my feedback. A little bit about me. I started reborning back in 2001 after discovering a reborn whilst looking for a cabbage patch baby on e bay, In those days most reborns were from the USA and we had around 60 listings a week under reborn in the UK. It took me ages to source everything i needed for. My first baby but after she was finished I was hooked. I had to sell her so I could afford to make another one and so I began. For the first 9 years my nursery name was Gillytots but after a years break in 2010 I came back to reborning under the new name Precious Baban, (Cornish for Precious Baby) Time for a change I thought. I have now been reborning for over 14 years, I don’t know where the time has gone or for that matter what I used to do before I discovered these beautiful babies. I have always strived to make the most beautiful realistic babies I possibly can and I would never put for adoption a baby I wouldnt be happy to receive myself, its for this reason I still hold my 100% feedback score on an e bay account I have had all the way through my reborning career. I wish I had numbered my babies I must have made at least 3000 of them by now who are all over the world from France to Australia from Thailand to Canada.
