This stunning hard cast vinyl and cloth doll is a very rare limited edition doll #58/125 – her name is “Baby Gwyneth” and she is fourth in The Great American Baby Series. 1991 Dreamer-Like Molly HTF Pleasant Company American Girl Doll with Meet Outfit
1991 Dreamer-Like Molly Vintage Pleasant Company American Girl Doll with Meet Outfit. Rare and hard to find. This beautiful vintage doll has been dated at 1991, so while she has a tan body, she’s very close in age to white body dolls, with many of the same features like soft squishy vinyl, a chubby body, soft brown eyelashes, and finer hair. She has a special unique feature of Dreamer-Like eyes, where her irises are a bit smaller and she appears to be gazing up. This is a very hard to find feature, usually found only in (very expensive) 1987 white body dolls. Molly is all original, I got her from her original owner who received her as a child, and no repair or restoration work has been done on her. She is in excellent condition, particularly for her age, with soft, beautiful hair that’s never been cut. There’s a bit of dryness at the ends, as is to be expected, but nothing major. Her wig is thinner than newer dolls, consistent with her date. She has an early wig cap and neck stamp that aided in her dating. Molly has no marks on her soft vinyl or cloth body, not even age spots. No silver eye, as is so common for older dolls. Her lashes are soft and full. She has somewhat loose limbs but can stand unassisted. She will come with her original meet outfit, including her sweater, skirt, collar, bloomers, and shoes. 18 American Girl Doll Josefina Montoya. In excellent pre-owned condition, wearing her classic original meet outfit. Marked Pleasant Company on the back of her neck. I’ve brushed out and rebraided her hair; it’s shiny and soft, easy to style. She can stand unassisted and has tight limbs. Her cloth body and vinyl have no marks or stains, although her left cheek has been rubbed and is missing a bit of paint, see pictures. Her eyes open and close as they should. She has the softer pre-Mattel eyelashes. Josefina will come in her meet outfit of a camisa, skirt, bloomers, and moccasins (laces are worn from age). Her gold hoop earrings are permanently attached. Kish & Company 2006 Collection Contempo Zsu Zse, nude
Contempo Zsu Zse is part of Kish and Company’s 2006 Collection. She has jointed knees and elbows, brown eyes and a curly black mohair wig. I washed and conditioned her hair because it had become a tangled with the dried out broken rubber bands but it can be restyled in her signature curly ponytails. She has marks on the back of her elbows like most of the jointed Riley’s World dolls do, they are shown in the picture.
